SOHF Spay/Neuter Clinic is located at 651 N. Clayton Street in Lawrenceville. We are open to the public on Fridays with a scheduled appointment.
Please call 770-962-4301 on Thursday or Friday between 10 and 1 to schedule an appointment. We require a non-refundable prepay in advance with Zelle or Cash App to book the appointment. If you do not
show up for your appointment or show up later than 9:30 there will be 
a $25 rescheduling fee due in advance before rescheduling your 
​appointment.

** Please note that dogs/cats that are in heat, cryptorchid, and over weight may incur additional fees**

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

​             No food or water after midnight the night before surgery 

               Drop off time is at 9am and Pick up time is at 2:00pm

                Please print out the form and fill out the top portion only

            Bring the form with you on the morning of surgery

     Please bring your pets vaccination
paperwork if they are not getting vaccines

          Please make sure cats are in a carrier and 
​dogs are on a leash
