OPERATION SECOND CHANCE
| The Society of Humane Friends of Georgia is proud to be assisting the Gwinnett County Sheriffs office in launching Operation Second Chance. This program, launched by Sheriff R.L. (Butch) Conway, aims to provide social and job skills to county inmates in the areas of dog training and dog grooming as well as provide a "second chance" to unwanted animals that would otherwise be euthanized. | ||
